Panda - research ship...

Panda - research ship...
Your response makes sense.  However,  if the research ship is not working for DV,  then I suppose whoever is in charge of worrying about potential leaks/spills would commission them to patrol the waters in off chance of mishap.  At least I can imagine that being the scenario.

As for other poster about IR response about still drilling,   don't forget,  we still know that we have any facts.  We are all trying to play detective here (I'm not because I'm not informed well enough and following some of the more knowledgeable posters).

I suspect that if the drill stopped turning 2 days ago,  the official line could very well be that we are "still drilling"  -  and perhaps will be until such time as the Namibian government says we are logging or testing.  Which probably won't be until sometime after they have something to report.   Just my guess.  Namibia will be the ones calling the shots regardless of  OSC or SEC reporting requirements because they do not answer to SEC or OSC.

Just my humble opinion and in no way an expert one.
