RE: costs and cash flows
Well said, if TKO has a market cap of 600 million and product 30 million lbs in the fourth quater whats 120 million dollars of revenue worth to a company that is almost debt free.
Let say we look a year futher into the future and they are producing 40 million libs a quater, what is a company that generates 160 million in revenue a quater with no mine to build.
What premium do you give a mine for being in production, is it any lot different then those blue sky forcasts.
Oh!, I forgot what premium do you give to a company with a 600 million dollar market cap that produces 160 million lbs of copper and 3.5 million lbs of moly. (750 million) I am sure their market cap will remain at 600 million dollars.
It good to know that a company does not have to go to the market and dilute their share holder future to see realize the upside, its good to know a company is executing according to a plan, and it good to have a ace in the hole, TKO has them all.
