I thought I had read somewhere that on deep drilling,  companies have a more favourable royalty or tax.  I guess the thinking was if you had to put more capital expense into producing something you should get a better rate.

I dunno.

So we should be hearing something anyday now.  Stock has been resisting Index style cave in nicely.
