RE: Follower...
Opto1...

If the bashers start hacking at your post,  I will interpret that as a good sign.  I concur with your take - September...  maybe October...   WHENEVER !!!   Approval will happen,  it will be a "dam buster" event because they have a back log of installations waiting to be done.  There are plenty of other customers waiting for MSHA before they order.  Why shouldn't they wait...  not everybody had to get in line - but they do have to order prior to the 2009 deadline - that's when you will see a huge back log appear.  That's when the stock price will get out of control.  And remember,  the target price of $1.60 is merely on current guidance.  Is it possible that if the "dam" bursts,  they will have to adjust that up ?  Has that ever happened before with a stock ?  target price got set then had to be adjusted up because no one could anticipate how the industry that wants this product will sway...

Ummm...   maybe Timminco is an example.  On it's run up before contracts it was busting out a new target price every 3 or 4 weeks.  I'm not saying we are going to do that,  but don't think it's over at $1.50 until you have done the DD.
