22% DividendIs this worth a spec here?  Looks like one of those "capitulation" moves today.

Ravi Sood (on BNN April 21, 2008) called this a "strong buy" and a "fabulous entry point" at $10.70...what is it at $5.09 Ravi? 

Meanwhile, is this a buy at $5.25 or just another crooked deal exposed?
