I'm excited to see that they filed a timely report. Has that ever happened before?

Does anybody out there have any idea how long the purchasing cycle is for equipment in the oil industry?

 I would think they have had their eyes on this technology for over a year, and have now seen it work. This is a lease item with only a one year committment, who would not want this immedaitely or as soon as available?
