I use RBC Direct for RTQs and don't have to refresh more than once every 20 to 30 minutes.

Go to My Home / Quotes & Research / Multiple Quotes and fill in the table with the stocks that you wish to track. The quotes and digital clock change in real time. Once every 15 minutes or so click on the Update List button at the bottom of the list.
