2008-08-20 17:00 ET - Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing two letter agreements dated March 9, 2008 (Nadaleen properties), and March 11, 2008 (Angie-Cat properties), between Full Metal Minerals Ltd. and Shawn Ryan, whereby the company has an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in each of the Nadaleen CRD (carbonate replacement deposits) and Angie-Cat Sexed projects in the Yukon Territory. In consideration, the company will pay $250,000 in cash ($50,000 in the first year), issue 385,000 common shares (50,000 shares in the first year) and incur $2.5-million in exploration expenditures ($250,000 in the first year) over four years under each agreement.
