Wiseenough...

Wiseenough...
Are you still holding the stock ?

You seem very unhappy about it...  Are you generally down in this market ?  I am... and I have gone through the grieving for the loss of my lovely money... but I could afford it...  I don't like it...  but...

I feel for your pain.  I know it does no good hearing that if you hold this stock to the point of receiving approval you will be out of the pain zone

Honestly,  you don't sound like the kind of guy who should ever invest in high risk stocks that may not perform to the analysts expectations or in the time frame you would think they should perform within.  I'm not being a smart *a*ss here but am saying so because I have gone through all of that and have a new calm in these markets.  I know that over time I will be OK and I can afford to lose this one if it doesn't pan out.  I have enough good plays ( that aren't working either but through no fault of their own ) that will pay me back 2 fold or better for every bad one.

If you DIDN'T know there was RISK ( in my opinion only as to WHEN ) then maybe self-directed investment might not be for you.  Do you have much experience investing ?  Again,  not trying to be a smart *a*ss but you seem to BE VERY uptight and frustrated that I am guessing you might not be understanding the vehicle you have your money tied up in.  If that's the case,  I really highly recommend you get some professional help to see if you can get out of this mess.  Not being  a smart *a*ss  -  I hate to see someone in the pain you demonstrate in your posts.

When you buy a stock for .21¢ you must fully expect to  LOSE  your entire investment.  If you have done something wreckless like invest your kids college fund here then you are probably A gamboholic and again should seek professional assistance to try and get you out of the predictment and emotional loneliness that comes along with that particular disease.  I am serious... I am concerned based on the kind of posting you do that you are demonstrating a lot of the symptoms of that disease.

And I  DO  care...  I hate to see people in pain...

Not trying to condescend to you but all your posts yell of desparation underlying your acclamation about this stock not performing.  It can't perform,  it has a huge giant speed bump in front of it called the government of the U.S. of A.  They are focussing their energy on the sales they already have and that are waiting for MSHA approval on.  It's lucrative.  The MSHA has the latitude of at least June 2009 before mines have to comply with the legislation...  and probably by then,  the mines only have to have PICKED  a solution,  not necessarily installed one.

Am I happy about June 2009 ?  No !!!  Did I think it would take that long ?  No !!!  Will I wait ?  Yes !!!  Is that smart ?  I DUNNO... but I have accepted it as a possibility,  re-evaluated my investment here,  and decided the reward is worth it.  I've put more money in here at these levels for a much richer reward as payment for waiting.

Can I afford to lose it ?    ABSOLUTELY !!!   Can you ?  I don't know...  If you can't you should consider selling on the very next uptick so you can sleep at night.

Just trying to help - not being sarcastic or trying to be funny...

Cheers
