RE: Re: Philips Morrisdilution discussion has it's merits, but for me a bigger concern is ability of a company to raise funds in terrible market conditions...how many PPs have you seen close of late?  how many junior companies will be out of business this time next year?...in my mind MDG took care of the biggest concern in a spectacular way.  They secured enough funding to take their product through human trials.  We the shareholders will reap benefits from having a well funded company partnered with a tobacco giant who has provided funding, but can also provide expertise/marketing/sales...since when was parnering up with a major a bad move?...note also that the price of last pp was .20 and the price of this pp is .355, that is a 75%+ premium.
