What does tis mean?

What does tis mean?I just read that Standard & Poor has initiated a factual stock report coverage on CGP.  What exactly is this report and what possible impact it would have on the SP of CGP (I see that we dropped $0.02 today)?  Anyone out there knows anything about this?

Also, the IMG report from Ecuador is positive since CGP is next door down there.  Will that have any effect on CGP?
