RE: Whats the floor for moly prices??

RE: Whats the floor for moly prices??I calculate an EPS of at least $4.54 for 2009, based on:

a moly price of $30.00, and 34m lbs of production  (note that current moly price is higher than $30.00 and forcast to stay higher)

production cost of $9.00 per pound (which I think may a bit higher than actual because the cost per pound drops as production increases)

157 million shares, fully diluted, not taking into account the share buy back program.

Even if the price of MOLY were to drop to $20.00, it would still mean earnings of $2.38 per share

Bottom line:  the current share price is WAY out of whack.

...but then again, so are a lot of things out there

Nice legacy, Mr. Bush.
