Waiting But Not IdlingIf I understand correctly, after receiving the Disposition Permits from Energy and Resources, further permits from the Department of Saskatchewan Environment and Resource Management are required before drilling. Meanwhile the company is undertaking research on historical data on the basin and may also carry out airborne electromagnetic survey etc to help identify targets.
This due process would have been seen as further delays and reason for frustration. Fortunately, we have Appalachia - a project that is ready immediately for drilling and production soon afterwards (if we heard them correctly), akin to the golden goose that will lay the eggs affording the exploration activities on the vast land holding back in Saskatchewan just in time early next year.
The hope for a quick buck is faint in this present environment. But blame it on the greedy crooks from Wall Street, who created this financial fiasco, or the absence of the traders made poor by them. For investors who have a longer timeframe, say 3 to 4 months, a much brighter picture will emerge IMO.
Best luck everyone,
KT
