The Big Questions?

The Big Questions?
So Far EEE has had One Product: { Trading Profits Either Long or Short }--We Need K-Fuel Production!

If I had the chance to be in a room with Venners, Sexton, Collins, Walker, along with the present board, my questions  would be?

Can you produce enhanced low grade coals into a high grade cleaned up fuel?

Present managers need a Bechtel endorsement that K-Fuel technology works.

From comments on the Yahoo board along with no results should signal EEE must replace the present board with active Directors.

Few companies have a need to renew contact with shareholders the way EEE should feel compelled to do right now.

Logic says core shareholders have lost most of their market capital to the bondholders. What isn't known is how far along deals presently are progressing?

After such a very large market capital loss most companies would address shareholders to provide confidence in how the company will continue to exist?

The big question is why EEE won't face investors?

Walker and Collins should make every attempt to instill confidence for shareholders in  owning EEE shares.  Until managers provide reasons to own EEE as an investment present shareholders will be in a "Doubting Thomas", mood daily.

Facing your investment base is imperative for Walker and Collins to have credibility with investors. One has to wonder why they won't face stakeholders with any available positive information?

EEE has a product which could contribute to a cleaner coal burning fuel energy independence source.

EEE has solid friends in the coal product business, why don't they stand besides EEE to announce faith in coal beneficiation?

Taking low grade coals with low BTU content should be a Slam Dunk in a coal market looking for higher, cheaper BTU content along with impurities removed.

My question to Walker and Collins what's the problem with your investors?

They trusted you why don't you trust them?

Why won't you talk to your present investors, new investor support is needed?

Do your investors deserve real information about the progress you have made these last two years, if any?

Bechtel could supply answers to the reliability of their K-Fuel technology fix, why not allow them to speak to the owners of EEE with a progress report?

The world needs cleaner coals with higher Btu value, where are our buyers of K-Fuel?

The present board and EEE managers work at the desecration of current stakeholders. The majority shares are now dominated by converted bondholders ownership.

Did they cut a special deal with current managers allowing them to be retained?

EEE has been purchased by bondholders for a fractional investment compared to original stakeholders who have lost over 300 million dollars.

One questions why any of the current management should be retained under these circumstances?

EEE needs a Young board who are partners with current shareholders. These men should be in the coal production and electrical generation business.

Walker and Collins must face the stakeholders for whom they work. If they can't or won't it is time to find managers who realize EEE is a public company and not their private venue.

Venners, Sexton, Hanfling etc. are gone EEE is a NYSE-ARCA traded enterprise which has owners who need to know the truth no matter how much it hurts present managers.

Public ownership deserves public explanations as soon as possible.

January 31, 2009  will be two years since Sextons failure.

What progress has EEE made?

Can the company survive until plant construction is completed ?

Walker and Collins has much to talk about so start talking.
