 Shareholders make  a great gain at the $42.75 buyout and losing a small amount in dividends in comparison to the $42.75  is nothing to me.  I think the 1, 200, 000,000.   is good insurance of noone backing out.
Keeo going teachers and ceo -get this deal completed.
