'''The main market for the aggregates will be the burgeoning oil sands development in the area along with conventional oil and gas activities, pipeline corridors, and forestry and agriculture sectors in the region.'''

Hey CINDY__What shade do those rose coloured glasses of yours have?__Must be VERY dark if you believe any of the hype in the ABM material which you just posted.

Your glasses must be SO DARK that you haven't even noticed THAT THE WHOLE WORLD, INCLUDING THE TAR SANDS have changed DRAMATICALLY since your rosy ABM material was first put out many, many moons ago!

Thus your ABM pump has NO RELEVANCE WHATSOVER going forward__and THAT is where Mr. Market ALWAYS looks to__ignoring all that  has already happened in the past.

Burgeoning oil sands developement__LOL!!!!!!!__NOT LIKELY ANYMORE based upon the littany of recently announced project deferrals or outright cancellations.

DITTO for the Alberta oil and gas industry with many major companies recently announcing that they are going to spend their bucks in BC and Saskatchewan before any Alberta spending__all in response to the Alberta governments new royalty rates going into effect in a few months.

And forestry__well what a DISASTER that continues to be with the world wide reduction in demand for paper and the ongoing US housing fiasco resulting in a dramatic, and likely long term reduction in housing starts.

And besides__EVEN IF there were still a strong demand for gravel in the Ft Mac area where do you think that ABM/AMI would be able to get it since it has been clearly stated in the Information Circular that not only are there ONLY an estimated SEVERAL more years of gravel left in the Susan Lake pit but also there are NO OTHER KNOWN good gravel deposits anywhere in the Ft. Mac area to be developed.

Thus__as I have stated a few times before__it would still be FAR BETTER for ABM to use the 9 million bank demand loan and perhaps top it up a bit more to make a serious bid for the BIRCH MOUNTAIN operation which is now in official receivership__rather than spend the 9 million on the AMI assets which apparently only have a fair market value of less than 2.5 million and an estimated gravel resource of only several more years.

With the BIRCH MOUNTAIN operation ABM would have access to a turn-key operation with all the equipment and decades of PROVEN reserves which they could then sell into the Ft. Mac aggregate market at a nice profit for decades to come__unlike the AMI scenario with only several more years and apparently no other souces of gravel identified to continue operations with__let alone pay back all that 9 million demand loan on the agreed monthly schedule of payments over the next FIVE years__NOT SEVERAL MORE years!!!!!

My advice is to take off your very dark rose coloured glasses and stick to the true facts and the current realities__which I know that your actually have done since you never have bought any more shares of ABM the past few months to average down your holdings!

But I have decided late last week to pull my bid__LOL!
