one reason only, inconjunction with lower oil price
there is an open financing with no set price, houses are selling it down to dirt cheap price to set the finanacing at a rediculously low price. same money for them way more shares/bonds.
they did it with cvrd inco in summer, took it from 44 down to 29 where the finance was then at. it has since plumeted with everything else.
so how low will it go?
