RE: Insiders buyingI could not agree more. At $3.60 the dividend yield is over 20%. They already said they have enough money to cover the dividends for 2008 and 2009. I know anything could happen, but let's say that they stick with the same dividend over the next 3 months at a minimum and the stock does not go below $3...you can't lose.  The stock seems to have stabalized in this range and the dividend should remain safe....

Than again, there a few stocks out there that have the same sort of upside...look at HTE.UN...if that goes back down to the $10-$11 range, it's a no brainer, like CSH.un at this range...
