Angler/Animal/AnybodyIf you could explain how this news release is positive in any way, I'd gladly listen.
From what I see, all Liberty did is admit it doesn't have enough information to be 43-101 compliant. So does that rectify the problem it had with the Alberta and B.C. Securities Commissions of reporting a 43-101 compliant resource in the past? Maybe?
And of course the company concludes by saying it doesn't have enough info about anything relating to its operation.
"Liberty with the assistance of SRK, and other third parties as required, is
undertaking economic analysis, geotechnical studies, and an environmental
review of the property. As of December 2, 2008, work related to these studies
had not advanced to a stage at which material changes about mineral reserve
estimates, mining and environmental considerations, financial analysis, and
other components required by National Instrument 43-101 for development and
production properties can be reported. The results will be released in a future
technical report."
So there you go. Hurry up and wait. And you really think somebody'll step up in the near term and provide them financing, considering how murky everything is? LOL.
