Silver Valley Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Santa Clara concession is located 70 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 8 km north-northwest of the town of Illescas. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.

RE: Nice moveI would say it's an extreemly high risk move. Could pay off in big dividends down the road or could be bust. Just check out what happened to Crystallex KRY.to. The Government of Venezuelais not playing fair.

I sure hope they don't spend money on exploration since if Iwas the governement and I want the property fully explored then I would wait till the company spent the money on exploration and proving up resources and the swoop in on them.

On the plus side if they do manage to get a permit without the governement expropriate them, then this deal is huge. Time will tell on this one.

On the down side if the Government of Venezuela does screw Coro, then they still have cash in the bank and other properties.

It will be interesting to see how the stock reacts. My guess is not much of a reaction but I sure would like to be proven wrong.
