You may wish to reread the following that the Lightweight so generously shared with us Chundie.

Perhaps you could read these two posts from the Lightweight and address any flaws you feel exist in my appraisal.

You remember the Lightweight right? He's the guy that supported your claims of "ex-spurt-ise" only to a short time later admit he knew nothing about you other than what you conveniently sent him in an inbox?

Again, could you point to the post where I claim to not celebrate Christmas, you appear to be having a wee bit of a comprehension problem.

You are aware that less that 1/2 of the world is Christian right Chundie?

And, you do realize they call it the World-wide Web for a reason?

Bingo- Bango !!   I'm a success.  I am annoying you. Don't be such ahypocrite too.  On the one hand you say ignore this stuff on the ChatBoards .. but now you are trying to say some of it is serious. What youSHOULD do is read up on these Boards and get some kind of an idea ofjust what they really are.  They are a relatively new medium.  As youtry to tell me .. this is what used to go on.  Yes I agree .. it did.And ALL of the same types of things were SAID among us.  Now it goes inprint form through aliases.  But the promoters who are being malignedcan READ it now.  In the old days they used to get the comments secondhand thru their paid touts ( who we all knew anyway ).  So actuallynothing much has changed.  The maligned promoters to-day though don'toften know who is behind the alias. Yes Stockhouse keeps the aliasesprivate.  Bin there .. dun all that .. in both eras.  And along withmany friends .. then and now.  It was like a fraternity then and itstill is to-day.  Back then you, hap,  would have been a leper justlike you are now.  No one would have fraternized with you .. like 'stay away from that dizzy broad -- she is a trouble maker '.  LOL.

Forhap's benefit. Firstly nothing has changed very much over the years.All of us are Outsiders -- looking in. We group together and talk aboutstocks. We get to know each other. It used to be face to face aroundHowe Street. Now it's online. We try to judge each other by the writingstyles. But we always concluded who we liked or did not like. And whowe could believe and who we could not. Do you think that CompanyDirectors and Promoters were never maligned then ? OF COURSE THEY WERE.It goes with the Territory. I did it regularly myself and everybodyknew who I was. No problem. Others did the same. Nobody ever got anyfeedback from said Directors or Promoters. Now however because thesethings are written and the audience is much much broader thepossibility of being 'checked up' for libel is always there. This iswhy the Internet is full of aliases. In my particular case I don'tconsider that hiding. I used to say things then, which I write now.Then it was Freedom Of Speech within limits of slander. Now it'sFreedom Of Expression within limits of libel. But for libel it must beproven that damages were done and to what extent. If you think thatcharacter assassinations on an online stock chat Board do any damage toDirectors or Promoters you are nuts. Chat Boards do not have muchinfluence. Hap even agrees. As I have previously posted .. I know ofonly one case where one Stockhouse member was permanently restrainedbecause he relentlessly attacked one particular company and itsmanagement. Stockhouse did cooperate in that instance and it diddisclose the attacker who was promptly warned by the Company lawyer. Asfar as sincere people running businesses .. gimme a break. These arereally not businesses because very very very very few of them evergenerate a profit. As for sincerity .. not very many insiders qualify.Most are there for the cheap shares they can get and the propertiesthey can find that will generate good Stories to entice the mooches tobuy their cheap shares at inflated prices. And besides most of theseinsiders could not run a business properly. So that's my rant for now.Finally .. don't give me that holier than thou KRUD, happy. This is alla huge gambling game and you should know that. It's speculative .. DUH!! Some of us quite often post negatively. That's healthy.
