It would appear that you're suggesting this latest news release, where it appears you've been mentioned again, should have contained information explaining the difference in the price of the 2 private placements.
Luckily, I can still call the company without fear of revealing my true identity and ask them questions. Should I choose to.
I would suggest that others, who have no particular reason to keep their true identity hidden, do the same.

Unfortunately, these boards contain such a high percentage of information designed to mislead people it's very important that anyone reading these boards carefully confirm any and all of the information found here,
INCLUDING WHAT I POST!
Based on the following excerpt from yesterday's news release, Barker would clearly appear to agree that not only is a signficant amount of the information found here misleading, it also would appear that they believe, at least in some cases, it is also defamatory.
That would suggest to me that the company's lawyers feel that they have enough evidence as to who the perpetrators
REALLY are (as opposed to their Stockhouse
"alias") and that they have the information they need to back up their claims.
As a shareholder, I hope so.
With regards to the mention of
"Illegal trading activity." You being a self-proclaimed
"expert" and
"professional" Chundie, perhaps you or one of your several other
"helpers" here who also claim to be
"experts" and
"professionals" all while claiming to have
"no vested interest" in this company or its assets, could do the less
"expert" folks on this board, such as myself, a service and explain what
form(s) of
"illegal trading activity" the company could be referring to.

Legal Action to be Filed
The Company also reports that the Board of Directors has authorized the commencement of legal proceedings against certain persons making defamatory comments in Internet stock forums, which may be related to irregular trading activity being tracked by the Company. The legal action is expected to be filed in early 2009.
