RE: chas---Brownie, there certainly have been some slow developments and disappointing PR's, but what do you see that could remotely be actionable in court. Poor performance, judgement, and execution are just bad news and disappointing, but would be nothing but a waste of your funds.
Of course, you can get a lawyer to sue for anything in the US, if you give him ten grand up front.
I do feel Weatherford could be an outstanding partner. On Motley Fool yesterday, I saw where they felt Weatherford was one of the best shots for a homerun in '09.
