They know they have a sure thing here, why would they care about the SP when they have a block in Kurdistan (major purpose for the Iraq war) sitting on most likely hundreds of millions of barrels of oil.     

Look at the much larger picture here, start buying as many shares as you can, because this is one of those once in a lifetime oppurtunities. Think about how big this really is and don't let dumb petty bullsh*t cloud your mind to think other wise. Enjoy this beauty and soak it in because the potential on the dollar is massive in this pup.

Anyone who sits down and does some serious research on VST's lands, management, history and the whole background on the Kurdistan region knows how serious the potential on this stock is. Do your DD and let yourself have this realization.
