innovative cancer drugs = 4601 and 232 = GBM, pancreatic cancer, skin cancel, renal cancer and more applications
Biotechnology labs = Caprion and biomarker Cellcarta technology.

Advance stage testing = after 2009, TLN will have three late stage compound.

I think this company fits the profile.

Also, look at timing of take over offer. Right when the financial crisis was the darkest and precisely when the stock was most undervalued.

Opportunistic and courageous expression of take over I would say.
