Viehbacher is more likely to favor small acquisitions thatcan give Sanofi access to innovative cancer drugs, biotechnologylabs and products in advanced stages of testing, SocieteGenerale’s Miemietz wrote in a Feb. 4 note to clients.
innovative cancer drugs = 4601 and 232 = GBM, pancreatic cancer, skin cancel, renal cancer and more applications
Biotechnology labs = Caprion and biomarker Cellcarta technology.
Advance stage testing = after 2009, TLN will have three late stage compound.

Opportunistic and courageous expression of take over I would say.
