Appeals

AppealsSorry. There's no three-strike rule in the courts. All you have to do is bring up a new cause for appeal and off it goes, back to the Supreme Court of Newfoundland... then the Court of Appeal etc. And lawyers can always think of a new reason for an appeal. That's what they get paid for.
