Following your stupid theory, RIM sign a no hostile bidding clause. Right? Now according to your moronic logic, it's no longer hostile so it becomes "friendly" so the clause doesn't apply anymore? Is that it?
Wow.
What a moron you are. U do realized that you don't even make sense.
Let me educate you. There is no such thing as a "don'T go hostile clause"
Difference between hostile and friendly move is if you do or do not have management endorsement
Management will endorse a take over if they think the price is fair 'verisign offer" or if they are force to admit that they only have one offer on the table or if they can safely tell shareholders to not take the offer and are able to go it alone.
Yahoo-Microsoft was the last scenario.,
Again according to your stupid logic, the current strategic review represents nothing at all.
Why the heck would someone do it and waste cash?
Business people, intelligent people don't waste time and money to do purposely thing.
