RE: More Insults Please!

RE: More Insults Please! Is this guy for real??

You see 4-Skin, gold stocks are LEVERAGE on the bullion itself.

I suppose it all boils down to where you think gold is headed. When I read that the $US had DOUBLED their M0 supply of Bernanke-bills, it is all but set in stone that the dollar will lead global currencies in the race to the the toilet. I find it strangely co-incidental that gold was pulled down to $680 on October 24th, precisely around the time the US was realllyyy cranking up the printing press.

You see 4-Skin, there are two mainstream "safe havens", gold, and bonds.

The bond market absolutely dwarfs the stock market.

The precious metals sector is but a small slice of the pie within the stock market.

Now, summing up your collective intelligence, tell me what happens when foreign creditors decide to stop supporting the $US spending-spree madness, and sell bonds like hotcakes - sending a FLOOD of paper into NO bids?

Where is all the money headed? HHmmm.... back into Citigroup, or Bank of America? Oh wait, the other safe haven. Right. Now tell me what happens when 100 people storm out of a big room, into a smaller room built for 2?

Senior producers..... junior producers....  explorers.  In that order, with SUCCESSFUL explorers offering the most leverage.

Apparently you sold your stock here at a profit in the 30's..... Good For You.
