Well that caught me off side ! As i am sure ari had to do his best not to slip up during my conversation with him yesterday. On the other hand this really has not made much more dillution to the stock and will turn out to benefit shareholders in the long run as they will have more than enough cash to drill as much as they want to prove up as much as they can which will get them their 43-101 cdn, PAE brz , and their minning licence which a major would love to see for a takeout scenerio. I did have my broker phone around and there was not a share to be picked up from this finanacing which shows alot of confidence in this property as well as the management.
