Figures are based upon the INK Insider Trading Report from TD Waterhouse (Viewed February 18, 2009), and 45.02 million shares outstanding (msnmoney)
To summarize, it looks like insiders own about 7% of the outstanding 45020000 shares. You be the judge if this makes you comfortable or not. Remember, when you have a company that still doesn't create any revenue, you know you're getting into a speculative play. Have an exit strategy for good news and bad. I do own shares, and like the management, but you never know how drill results are going to impact a stock.
Good Luck,
