why are the results bad

ok so we didn't hit a tcf but our vertical well was 4mmcf and it went nuts this is 100 mcf - 800mmcf that sounds ok
and it wasn't even completed right so could there be more to get us over the tcf mark? I just don't get the doom and gloom yes the market sucks right now again. but are these not positive numbers?
