RE: BidcoYou paint a nice picture and you must read detective books except for one small thing in all of your logic. If he really did all this and then makes this low ball offer the administrators could and will give the assets away for the highest price and then he losses it all for nothing.I think he is just a victim of the price of oil and a lousey bank that acted like Potter from Its A Wonderful Life calling in the loans.This company way over extended them selves by signing those under water drilling contracts so they could lock up the driller long term. If the price had held and this company had pre sold oil at the nice high price we would be a 20 buck stock now and not in the bottom of the outhouse .
