It means the same thing that we have known for about 5 months.

Simmers says it owes a 1% NSR.

Aberdeen says SImmers owes a 1% NSR plus $10mm.

There is also a dispute over whether Simmers owes a 4.75% royalty on production in the last quarter of 2008.

The impact of the dispute on AAB's NAV is about $0.15.

Simmers should have plenty of cash now that it just sold $90mm of FIU shares.
