The upside...is still quite sizeable. Obviously there's a few buyers out there that think SLW will move upwards from here. I'm one of them. I may play this stock along the way, but if we think SST was going to move up towards 2.00 on it's own, it should use the same fundamentals that SLW does, silver price (and now gold for slw) being one of them. 10.00 slw nets us 1.85. I don't see that being out of reach by any means. SLW was well over 9.00 in late Feb.
The SST offer should strengthen SLW and in turn a stronger stock price there makes further buyouts or silver streams easier on SLW. Can't say i'm happy, but this deal will create a much stronger slw. Less competition now also.
