Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

Share swapping maybe would have been fair in the 0.5+SLW/SST range but not at .185. How do they even come up with such a specific and ridiculous number? Not even .2? There is clearly sth fishy here. I just hope someone else makes a higher offer.
Also what's up with:
"The definitive agreement entered into in connection with thetransaction includes a commitment by Silverstone not to solicitalternative transactions to the proposed transaction. If theacquisition agreement is terminated in certain circumstances,Silverstone has agreed to pay Silver Wheaton a termination fee of$6-million."
Is this normal?
