RE: RE: The integrity of the mediaalthough I mostly agree Robbie, I still don't see how this deal is to happen outside of administration without Oilexco approving the deal.  Perhaps it has no choice when it is itself in protection?
I agree that it does not make sense for Premier and E/Y to state that they feel confident that the deal will happen without knowing that Oilexco, or whoever now is entitled to make decisions for them, agrees.  If in fact Oilexco(Art and his merry men) have to agree, I can't see it happening, which is why I even entertain the thought that there is more to this.

I'm sure this is why the "plan B" is for less money, to give Oilexco an ultimatum of "accept it or we'll take it for less".  However, plan B does not seem as air tight as plan A.

I don't know, I've given up most of my hope, but it still does not make sense(probably because I wasn't paying attention).
