The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Hey Skipper,

That is certainly one way to look at it, but if it is only retail why only Scotia selling?

Could it be a fund or Scotia itself wanting to participate in a flow through or PP with better investment prospects than holding their current shares? Just a thought as I am just as confused as everyone else.

More speculation is welcomed.
