Against the tide - horsepower needed

Against the tide - horsepower neededOPC was 1 of the very few that closed up. Reason? very oversold compared to potential value. When something fights the tide, there is lot's of HP behind it.

OPC is staging up with volume support and IF we get another Higher open than yesterday's high ..  2.20 and 2.25 blocks will either disappear on their own or get taken out. I believe that sometimes those that are short place big numbers on the sell side and pull them as the price approaches. Some get taken out and become more short and hope for a retrace to cover.
1.76 on the bottom bid depth and 2.68 on the sell bottom depth at the moment with 45 min to go.

Please review .. won't happen overnight but the way I see it.
