RE: Status of Vote - To Contrainains

RE: Status of Vote - To ContrainainsI have to disagree too ...

Silverstone is unique in that they have the positive cash flownecessary to sustain profitable operations - even if the cabal pressgold and silver lower. Its obvious Capstone isn't motivated  to exploitwhat they've got.  Someone else may .....

SST shareholders should vote NO .... getting 66% vote isn't trivial ...lots of people saying 'done deal' ... will be apathetic and letmanagement vote their shares. No doubt that's what Capstone and SLW are countingon to get them over the top.

Think things could get interesting based on seasonal PM patterns.  Charts show a real possibility that PM might decline into May. Say SLWdeclines to 5 over next month. That would place SST at 93 cents/share.Times 135 million shares is a market cap of 125 million.  That scenario can't help those trying to push this deal through.

Can't imaginesomeone wouldn't swoop in with a better offer for a 4 million ozproducer with no debt, great resources, and positive cash flow. Alsotelling how 1Q numbers were downplayed by management. Those were greatnumbers and will likely expand as operations mature.

Should have gotten at least 0.25 SLW shares ...
