CSIRO being a Non Practicing Patent Holder doesn't in the sense manufacture or sell any physical product that infringes Wi-LAN's W-OFDM but does profit from WIN's IP . Obviousness issues aside do you think Wi-LAN has a case against CSIRO. The only reference to this that I can find is that Wi-LAN hasn't fully looked at it yet.$0$0$0$0Best Regards$0$0$0$0$0janspab$0
