RE RE NRFrom what i can understand there is a small amount to fill that is the only reason the price stays at .10
The thing I like about PEM is that during this downturn PEM has focused on their hot spots which this new map shows to be encouraging I want to be holding PEM once that PP is filled this SP will have a definate pop
