SP could very well break above 40 cents -What seems to be happening is that with respect to NG - the market appears to have begun to grudgingly acknowledge that the demand destruction - although real - has been very over played and not been convincingly supported by the weekly storage numbers.
For example the officially released storage numbers continue to show that while admittedly we are at the upper range shown on the graph we have not broken above it.
Perhaps even MORE important is that the build over the last 7 weeks has been at the same rate as the average build during the past 5 years.
On the face of this it seems pretty conclusive that demand destruction has been balanced by supply destruction.
Not only that but its a reasonably safe bet that we have already seen the worst of demand destruction - with the next direction being for demand up - as we gradually pull out of recession.
However, on the other side of the equation we have likely not seen the worst of supply destruction.
The recent sharp rise in spot NG suggests to me that the smart monery is aware, or becoming aware, of this changing situation.
I still feel BKX is a little gem with plenty of upside.
Good luck all longs
