We all know that there are a large number of holders that would not entertain anything less than the $7.00 PP deal - I will not sell for anything Less than $45.00 and I will sell only half my shares at that point. - Any way your last sentence was just a fragment  - " The call from Intel ? " - Would you care to finish or elaborate on that.
