Indamoney .. Sorry for all the $0$ in the text ... I'm not sure why that happens and no time to figure out. Just thought of one more interesting point of interest. Have you viewed Dell's White Paper ? The one that a senior department head at Dell wrote a number of years ago. The one that credits Wi-LAN with Developing WiFi / WiMax. It will be pretty hard to plead ignorance ( not that that is a defence anyway ) and unknowingly infringing. I'd say it's Willful infringement and could lead to serious treble damages awarded to Wi-LAN and permanent injunction for Dell and others.
