The Department must not impose a spectrum cap in the Band. Licensappearees such as Inukshuk must not be restricted in their ability to offer new and innovative bandwidth-intensive services and applications.
They should've added to the above -- "and rape and pillage the consumers wallet at will"
Don't the incumbents know that hypocracy (sp?) is not becoming.
Isn't that something, they had the gall to use the word innovative in a sentence. I didn't even know that they knew of such a word.
Back to Look.......why such a detailed submission if the fat lady is warming up as we speak. Something just isn't adding up -- I've learned to realize that things are not always as they appear, especially in the investment world.
