RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: I.C. ConsuRemember.. someone mentioned that if Inukshuk gets rejected that its inukshuk who gets to decide who the spectrum is sold to...
Yes, but who determines the price - is it the same as Inukshuk agreed to pay.......if so, another $80 million? Look would still be the receiver of these additional monies, not to mention Inukshuk's payment in full of the remaining $50 million. Take a gander at IC's Consultation for BRS Transition though........... it's looking like the licences, especially those that Look owns, could be re-issued to cover multiple geographical areas. In fact, this is what Look appears to be asking for.
Its a deal that is overcomplicated.. and that is a reason to question things.. but its not one to invest.
If I hadn't been a long suffering shareholder here, I probably never would've looked again at this one. But, since I'm here and close to break even I am going to let my shares ride here............ the large buying, perhaps accumulation, is very encouraging to say the least. I am assuming that they (whomever they are) are not buying significantly around the 25 cent level if they thought that the stock was going to be lower than that - they must see some value or upside. It appears to be one buyer, and I'm guessing that it's not short covering.
Too bad shareholders are being put through it all.. "paint it red andsell it" is all that needed to happen here.. everything else is to thebenefit of insiders etc..
Yes, it would seem that this was what should've transpired -- could be a wee bit too simplistic though..........with all the government interference/control pertaining to these matters. But, you are correct - it does definitely give one a sense of empathy for the minnows in the pirranah tank, lol.
