AGM and prospects for Bankers -

AGM and prospects for Bankers -The story for Bankers remains intact.  I dont think anyone was expecting some new major oil find.  Personally what I wanted to see was a 'steady as we go' presentation - with no setbacks - and thats what we got.
Possibly some investors with a short term horizon might see the lack of some major new development as disappointing - which in turn could be negative for the SP for a day or two - but the vast majority of investors who know the story from a year or more ago will be pleased.
What I liked most, and it was not unexpected, is that this management really do have all the bases covered.
They have dealt prudently with difficult times while maintaining the company in a position to expand rapidly as circumstances permit.
We dont need a major oil find to justify the SP at a substantially higher level, -  we already have huge reserves - and production can and will be rampted up as the economic environment improves. That improvement is already started - so for those with a 2-3 year time scale the rewards will be great
