The Company continues to encounter significant mineralization inhole DDH-006 from approximately 10,000 FT to current depth of 10,829FT. Assays are currently underway and preliminary results expected soonfor the interval 10,000 to 10,350 FT, including the fine-grainedmineralized zone reported from 10,000 FT to 10,180 FT.

Anothersimilar fine-grained mineralized zone was encountered fromapproximately 10,500 - 10,600 FT. "We believe that these two zones, which are steel black in color with sooty black streaks, aretetrahedrite-type mineralization. They are hosted in a fine-grainedmica with the degree of mineralization varying from partial to almosttotal replacement of the mica, or in other words disseminated to nearlycompletely massive," said Mr. Russell.
