B)POS is a contract research company. This doesnt preclude the idea that Mr. Carl is ultimately in this to sell a startup company.
C) There is nothing wrong with being in it for the money. Many commoditty startups are initiated so they can be sold to a larger company. Really--I am just playing devils advocate to figure out the risks in my investment. Comments from a bunch of starry eyed converts is not necessarily the best source for reality checking. Is Mr Carl a saint or is he out for a quick buck? Can he be trusted to look after the stockholders interest or is he more interested in his own interest? It is worth asking the question
