Without trying to sound negative, or whine......it is what it is. If there are positive topics regarding this company bring them front and center. I do agree that there are alot of struggling companies in this environment, few if any have done as poorly as Exmin, keep in mind most showed signs of life in the last two months, not EXM, hell there was even a director selling at two pennies. Regarding the compensation - I brought that out, the first financial statement that it showed up in was in the December 31, 2007. I may be mistaken but EXM only became public in 2005, I'm not sure where 1997 comes from please enlighten us if you can. The 97 era is likely even pre Minefinder employment for the two founding directors.
If you want to come to this board and knock the posters here, show us where the errors in our opinions are. At the very least bring some positives regarding the company. At this stage this company has nothing going for it, unable to negotiate, unable to finance, unable to explore, and soon we will likely be losing properties due to lack of exploration and funding.
Regarding the two new directors appointed.............what is the purpose, why did we lose two?
